หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ช่วยพัฒนาต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ในกลุ่ม อาหาร, เบเกอรี่, นมและเครื่องดื่ม ฯลฯ
- ช่วยเตรียมวัตถุดิบ ทดลองสูตร และเก็บตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์
- บันทึกผลการทดลอง และช่วยจัดทำรายงาน/เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ช่วยดูแลความสะอาด และการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ในห้องแลป
- สนับสนุนทีมงาน Application Lab / Sales / Marketing ในกิจกรรมต่างๆ
- ช่วยจัดเตรียมตัวอย่างสำหรับลูกค้า หรือการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์
- เรียนรู้และติดตามเทรนด์อาหารและเครื่องดื่มใหม่ๆ
คุณสมบัติ
จบการศึกษา ระดับ ปวช. / ปวส.ในสาขา คหกรรม, อาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนใจงานด้านอาหาร เบเกอรี่ นม และเครื่องดื่ม
- พร้อมเรียนรู้ และทำงานในห้องปฏิบัติการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ฝึกงาน/ทำโปรเจกต์ด้านอาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
