Compensation & Benefits Specialist
atRS PCLReporting directly to Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for:
- Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs
- Design & harmonize pay programs according to business requirements (including M&A projects) and review salary structure to remain competitive
- Provide data insights to senior management on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, governance and regulatory implications
- Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce RS Group’s strategic objectives
- Payroll Reconciliation (only 5-10% out of your JD)
- Work closely with HRBP to prepare & consolidate manpower planning and annual people budgeting
- Manage end-to-end reward management process and implement best practices (i.e. bonus, merit increases and promotion increases).
- Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations
The ideal candidate should possess the following background;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- An Excel Expert (a test will be sent to shortlisted candidates only)
5-15 years of specialist experience working in a fast paced environment focusing on compensation design and M&A projects with minimum of 2+ years of C&B/ consulting experience is an advantage
- Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning
- Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
- A critical thinker and excellent communicator
- Must be resilient and adaptable
- Willing to step out of comfort zone and think outside the box!
