Responsibilities

• Plan, provide & deliver trainings plan , internal & external training programs on time, run smoothly as plan. 
• Survey, consolidate and analyze the training needs for setting up annually training plan, implement training program. 
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on training and development related. 
• Handle training operations/ administration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior. 

Qualification

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Human Resources Management , Organization Development or related 
• 2 years working experiences of Training is advantage 
• Good English communication skills, verbal, written 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Willing to work hard, good team player, excellent problem-solving, negotiation, presentation skills and fast learner 
• Initiative and self-motivation 
• Good service mind 
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
