Job Descriptions

• Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS), Career Development, Succession Plan, Individual Development Plans (IDP), 
• Coordinate/Drive Performance Management System (PMS) cycle according to the timeline.
• Improve process and system Performance Management System (PMS)
• Support management in the development and execution of individual development plan
• Support various projects in planning, analyzing, and presenting projects related to the strategy of the organization and the HR department according to the plan
• Perform any other ad-hoc HROD duties & projects delegated by management 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science, or other related fields
• Have experience in Training, HROD/HRD, Learning & Development, and Organization Development of at least  2-5 years
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of training and development, performance management, and succession planning
