Job Description

Responsibilities

• This role supports our objective to provide the best possible online customer experience on our e-shop.
• By collaborating with suppliers, Buyers and Product Merchandisers and by using your own creativity and initiative, your role is to create, develop, enrich and maintain the best possible product content on the e-commerce site for the thousands of products that we sell within the defined categories
• This involves continuously enriching the product content on our online channels in response to customer and user feedback on what they find useful and what they tell us they want more of.
• Maintaining all digital product content (images, videos, documents, etc.) via a Master Data Product Management System.
• Working in alignment with the Customer Marketing Team to improve SEO rankings for the Product Content.
• Working in alignment with the Customer Marketing Team and Learning and Development Team to transfer product information onto the e-learning platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in related fields
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Product Marketing / E-commerce
• Be able to filter information and create impactful but easy to understand information
• Excellent attention to details
• Have recent experience optimizing product content or using a MDMS such as STEP Stibo to achieve business goals is a plus
