Job Description

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ติดตามและประสานงานการสั่งซื้อและส่งสินค้าประเภทการส่งตรงทั้งหมดตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนจบกระบวนการ
• ดูแลประสานงานกับทุกส่วนงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บันทึกรายละเอียดและข้อมูลต่างๆของการสั่งซื้อสินค้าให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
• ช่วยเหลือทีมในส่วนของงานที่เป็นด้านเอกสาร หรือประสานงานต่างๆ
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และให้ความร่วมมือกับทีม/บริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงาน, การเจรจาต่อรอง และสามารถตัดสินใจและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ธุรการ / Admin / บริการลูกค้ามาก่อน
• มีทักษะการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันและมีความกระตือรือร้น
• สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
