Regional Brand Campaigns Operations Manager-Bangkok

The Regional Brand Campaigns operations team supports LazMall brands in accelerating buyer and sales growth through the design and management of various Campaigns such as Super Brand Day, Super New Arrival and Super Brand Opening. Our team of Campaign Managers help brands achieve their campaign goals through campaign management, preparation and execution of operations.
About the Role
As Regional Brand Campaigns manager, you will lead the end-to-end project management of various Campaigns which includes project planning, project execution, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
You will be responsible to:
1. Ensure timely execution and effective campaign planning operations through the execution of guidelines, processes, templates; adapting these as required to category/brand nuances.
2. Deliver campaign goals through diagnosis of campaign performance and recommending actionable, impactful plans
3. Champion and govern high quality, integrated co-branded marketing campaigns to delight our buyers, supporting brands through insights and best practices sharing.
4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize the campaign planning process and/or buyer experience.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in campaign operations within eCommerce, with added exposure to brand management, digital marketing or commercial account management.
• Regional market knowledge: strong understanding of the Southeast Asia eCommerce landscape and shopper behavior across marketplace platforms.
• Project & stakeholder management: Proven ability to lead multiple high-impact projects with efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for campaign planning and performance optimization.
• Communication & technical proficiency: Excellent English communication & written skills; with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support strategic planning and presentations.
• Agile and proactive working style: Highly organized, independent and adaptable – thrives in fast-paced environment; with growth mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
Preferred qualifications
• The ideal candidate has a hybrid of regional Commercial, Marketing and eCommerce Campaigns management experience.
• He/she should be highly capable of influencing internal cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve campaign or team goals.
• He/she should have demonstrated ability to embrace change and motivate teams towards common team/organizational goals.
