Performance Marketing and Content Strategy Lead

Job Description


• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Line, and other major platforms to achieve lead generation, web conversions and ROI targets.


• Manage SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-site improvements to drive organic traffic and enhance visibility.


• Develop media strategies with clear audience segmentation, creative direction, and budget allocation to meet campaign objectives and KPIs.


• Monitor and analyze campaign data, dashboards and SQL reports to evaluate performance, optimize bidding strategies and improve ROAS and CPA with clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations


• Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative testing, targeting experiments) to identify effective approaches and scale high-performing campaigns.


• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to localize strategies, align on best practices and drive quality seller acquisition and engagement.


• Propose new tactics and optimization initiatives based on insights and market trends to enhance efficiency and maximize conversions.


• Lead content planning and storytelling for brand, product and campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with performance goals and brand positioning.


• Oversee end-to-end content creation (social media, blog, CRM, website, and ad copy) to ensure relevance, consistency and engagement across all channels.


• Collaborate with creative, design, and related teams to ensure message coherence and impactful campaign execution.


• Leverage audience insights and trend analysis to craft data-driven content that enhances engagement and organic reach.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of business development, digital marketing, or content strategy work experiences


• Familiar with the Thai ecommerce landscape and has good understanding of consumer needs


• Strong in business problem solving and quantitative/financial analysis


• Strong written and verbal communication in Thai and English is a must


• Technical knowledge in marketing, analytics, PMO, and tech is a plus


• Has a growth mindset with high willingness to learn and deal with uncertainty and changes


• Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
