Regional Product Marketing Manager - Bangkok

Job Description :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth, backed by experiences of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional project team to launch new products and features, ensuring seamless execution and market success, with demonstrable experience in managing complex projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Lazada Marketing Solutions on-site products
  • Manage operation team to create compelling and informative marketing content across various own channels, including platform, website, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials and training programs
  • Manage projects to setup new effective communication channel
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum efficiency, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • -Manage market research initiatives to to identify product improvements, customer needs, competition

Requirements/Qualifications(must have) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistic, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, consumer marketing, performance marketing, B2B marketing with a proven track record of success in the e-commerce or advertising industries, including successful project launches, campaigns, or initiatives that resulted in measurable business impact.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, advertising solutions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience working with Product team and understand key workflow
  • Expertise in advance data analysis & data visualization
  • Experience in managing/improving marketing operation workflow (CRM, Marketing automation, Personalization recommendation)
