Counter Manager - Luxury (Helena Rubenstein)
atL'Oreal Thailand Co., Ltd.- Lead and drive the teams responsibly to achieve sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coach and train BAs team to develop selling and service skills.
- Manage stock and make sure that store have enough and right stock for sales.
- Proposed and plan in-store activity with sales supervisor to boost sales.
- Control and correct counter quality and merchandising.
- Provide data to FSS for Roster, OT, competitors information, feedback market situation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Experienced in cosmetics product or luxury products. Make-up skill
- Basic Computer skill. (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Service mind and excellence in service skill
- Knowledge in skincare, make-up
- Familiar with Social media ex. Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tiktok. if can do live streaming is a plus
- Leadership and ability to motivate team under pressure.
