ผู้จัดการฝ่ายกำกับตรวจสอบและจัดการความเสี่ยง
atUniventures PCLทำหน้าที่ในการกำกับดูแลบริหารและจัดการความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการกองทรัสต์และการลงทุนของกองทรัสต์ให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาก่อตั้งและหลักเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนการปฏิบัติการ (Audit Plan) ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและความเสี่ยงขององค์กร
- กำกับการตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานของกองทรัสต์ให้เป็นไปตามระบบการทำงานและระบบควบคุมเป็นไปตามสัญญากองทรัสต์และกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กำกับการดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ
- สรุปผลการตรวจสอบ โดยนำข้อสังเกตุและข้อเสนอแนะของเรื่องที่ตรวจสอบ รวมถึงทบทวนติดตามหน่วยงานผู้รับการตรวจสอบในการปฏิบัติตามข้อเสนอที่เห็นชอบ
- ประเมินความเสี่ยงจากระบบควบคุมภายใน และตรวจสอบให้ความเชื่อมั่นต่อระบบควบคุมภายใน ของแต่ละกิจกรรม กระบวนการทางธุรกิจ รวมถึงประเมินความเพียงพอและประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการและการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทฯ
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศชาย / หญิง
- อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิ ป.ตรีสาขา บัญชี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ , ป.โท MBA
- ถ้ามี CPA , FRA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
