• Project Execution & Analysis.
• Collaborate in the development, planning, and analysis of business projects, strategies, and comprehensive financial models, including feasibility studies for Data Center site selection and energy infrastructure integration.
• Develop and implement projects and drive new Wind, Solar Rooftop, and EV Charger initiatives, specifically targeting energy supply solutions for Data Centers to ensure 24/7 green power reliability.
• Conduct due diligence and develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, with a focus on the technical and energy requirements of the cloud service and telecommunications industries.
• Partnership & Financial Strategy.
• Build sustainable business partnerships with both public and private sectors, including Hyperscalers and Data Center operators, to enhance business growth.
• Study mergers and acquisitions (M&A) both domestically and internationally, evaluating potential targets in the renewable energy and digital infrastructure space.
• Formulate and execute financial and commercial strategies tailored to client objectives, addressing the unique CAPEX/OPEX structures of energy-intensive assets.
• Leadership & Reporting.
• Prepare and oversee the development of pitch decks and presentations that highlight the value proposition of integrated energy-data solutions.
• Prepare accurate marketing and progress reports systematically for management to support strategic decision-making.
• Support and guide team members in financial modeling and transaction execution (for senior roles).
• Bachelor's in Engineering,Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Master's degree in Finance,MBA or related fields.
• At least 3-7 years of experience in developing Wind, Solar Rooftop and Digital infrastructure and Data Center Developments Projects, EV Charger projects or related work.
• Experience in business project planning and analysis, business strategy, financial model analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a related financial sector.
• Relevant experience in the energy industry will be considered a plus.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
• Knowledge of sales processes and methods, as well as an overall understanding of energy business strategy development.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Sommelier services, Mixology, or Butler operations within 5-star luxury hotels, high-end fine dining restaurants, or ultra-luxury private residences.
• Food & Beverage Mastery: Solid knowledge of international beverage culture, classic and contemporary cocktail mixology, barista skills, and fine wine appreciation (WSET qualification or sommelier background is a strong advantage).
• Lifestyle Concierge & Service: Familiarity with high-end luxury brands, luxury shopping services, and white-glove parcel delivery protocols.
• White-Glove Hospitality: Deep understanding of formal dining etiquette, service standards, and luxury table presentation.
