ผู้จัดการบริหารทรัพย์สิน – สังกัดบริษัท ยูนิเวนเจอร์ รีท แมเนทเม้นท์ จำกัด
atUniventures PCL- สืบค้น รวบรวม จัดเก็บ และวิเคราะห์ เปรียบเทียบข้อมูล
- ประสานงานรับส่งข้อมูลกับฝ่ายและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กลั่นกรองและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานหรือข้อมูล
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อพร้อมนำเสนอ
- รายงานผลงานหรือข้อมูลตามกรอบเวลาถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทางด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการ วิศวกรรม หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี ด้านการขายพื้นที่เช่าสำนักงาน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือที่ปรึกษากองทรัสต์เพื่อการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (REIT)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- มีทักษะในการรวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีทักษะในการเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูล วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูล
- มีอัธยาศัย บุคลิกภาพ และมีความรับผิดชอบดี
- มีความสามารถในการประสานงานและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
