You will be the team leader in supporting marketing promoters to distribute numbers of flyers in the city.

• Lead and execute the team of promotors to distribute numbers of flyers in order to achieve the target KPI of the month.
• Distribute collection of vouchers from our office, help organize transport for the promoters between locations if needed
• Support marketing manager in contributing flyer's projects and monitor/supervise the overall project's performance
• Able to suggest the improvements and analyze the problems to find solution
• Able to write the official documents to private stakeholders and area government office
• Input information and data of monthly project and check performance daily, weekly and monthly
• handling the documents, invoice, and payment with internal and external parties
• Responsible for training program for all members of the team and manage schedule to be on time
• Be a brand representative i.e. explain product & service clearly to the customer
• Coordinate with regional team and berlin team for procedure
• Support any Ad-hoc issues that may occur within the team

• Able to work independently, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Willingness to wear branded clothes and board with QR code
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Able to use Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• 0-1 years experience and a minimum of Bachelor Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Required to come to office 1-2 days a week
• Keen ability to problem solving and be a self-starter
• Eager to work in early morning and evening and flexible time depending work
• Demonstrates a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
• Willingly takes on both leadership and support roles
