Our Operations Team is the core of our organisation, therefore, as an Operations and Fleet Manager you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of foodpanda by coordinating our fleet of riders. A challenging position with high responsibility in a fast-paced but fun environment!

• Recruit and train delivery couriers
• Manage the performance and attendance of riders by setting targets and tracking performance with rider captains
• Achieve good Delivery Time and efficiency. Identify issues with delivery and follow up on them.
• Manage inventory of equipment and Delivery Fleet payroll

• Native Thai speaker and has good command of English language
• Self-confident natural leader with high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Strong IT skills: confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps
• Good understanding of Bangkok areas and street system.
• Excellent people management skills: experience in coordinating teams and being responsible for more than 10 people is a must!
• Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality type, diverse levels of education and abilities is very important.
• Knowledge of labour regulations and basic accounting principles are a plus
• Experience with logistics and last-mile delivery are preferred
• Can-do attitude, problem solving skills and passion for food industry.
