- ตรวจสอบ ให้คำแนะนำแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงวิศวกรรม
- วิเคราะห์และให้คำแนะนำในการวางแผนปรับปรุงกระบวนการการดำเนินโครงการก่อสร้าง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน งานก่อสร้างให้มีคุณภาพ ประหยัด สอดคล้องกับหลัก VA/VE
