Job Description:

• Identify and analyze corporate key risks, align risks with corporate strategy and develop corporate risk management plan.

• Manage and implement overall risk management process for the entire organization.

• Develop risk management controls, risk mitigation measures and contingency plans to ensure operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with the business development divisions to monitor and assess risks for the responsible projects. Identify and analyze project key risks, align risks with investment strategy and develop project risk management plans.

• Provide risk owners and management with advice, tools and solutions (e.g., corporate key risks, project key risks and others).

• Communicate risk reports and analyses to risk owners and managements in an appropriate manner.

• Assist risk owners in defining and reviewing all key risks, developing a risk management strategy and risk assessment report through the Risk Management Information System（RMIS） program for all EGCO divisions, subsidiaries, and power plants to ensure risk monitoring and management.

• Assist manager to organize the joint Audit Committee (AC) and Risk Oversight Committee (ROC) meeting 2 times per year and prepare agenda resume, presentation, minutes of meeting, etc.

• Ensure that all employees have a thorough understanding of risk awareness as it pertains to their specific jobs. Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure an organization can maintain its critical functions during and after disruptions.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor with an analytical emphasis is acceptable (e.g., engineering, finance, business, economics, etc.).

• Prior experience in risk management or the energy business is a plus.

• Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good command of English/ TOEIC over 650.

• Capacity to rapidly analyze large amounts of data, synthesize complicated concepts, and transform information into effective reports and presentations.

• Organized facts in a systematic manner, concisely highlights issues, and provided action-oriented solutions.

• Competence in analyzing detailed options and coming up with well-informed suggestions on one's own.

• Ability to think critically and understand what management would find relevant.

• Facilitation and partnering skills with a demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with diverse teams.

• Attention to detail and willingness to prepare for hard work.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
