Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Intelligence & Direction

1.1 Analyze retail financial services industry trends, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging business models across segments, products, channels, and ecosystems to identify growth opportunities, structural gaps, and strategic risks

1.2 Synthesize business performance, financial planning, and customer insights into actionable strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making

1.3 Support the development, refinement, and communication of Retail & Consumer Banking strategic direction, strategic priorities, portfolio plays, and long-term growth agenda

1.4 Ensure alignment between Retail & Consumer Banking strategy and Krungsri Group's overall corporate strategy

2. Strategy Formulation & Strategic Alignment

2.1 Lead the development of Retail & Consumer Banking medium-term and annual strategic plans, including strategic roadmaps and key transformation priorities

2.2 Coordinate and integrate strategic plans across Retail & Consumer Banking entities and business units to ensure alignment with R&C and Krungsri Group strategic objectives

2.3 Facilitate cross-functional and cross-entity collaboration under the “ONE Krungsri” approach to drive integrated value creation

2.4 Prepare strategic presentations, management materials, and executive communications for senior management, committees, and Board-level discussions

3. Strategic Performance & KPI Governance

3.1 Support the development and deployment of strategic KPI frameworks to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and business performance

3.2 Monitor performance across segments, products, channels, and entities to identify key trends, risks, performance gaps, and emerging issues

3.3 Conduct performance reviews and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business reprioritization and management decision-making

3.4 Prepare management reporting and performance updates for senior management and governance forums

4. Strategic Initiative Steering & Governance

4.1 Support the establishment and operation of strategic governance mechanisms to drive alignment across Retail & Consumer Banking entities and business units

4.2 Consolidate and evaluate strategic initiatives across entities, products, segments, and channels to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

4.3 Assess initiative trade-offs, resource allocation considerations, interdependencies, and strategic impact to support portfolio prioritization decisions

4.4 Monitor strategic initiative progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and delivery of intended outcomes

5. Strategic Projects & Special Assignments

5.1 Lead or participate in strategic projects, business reviews, and transformation initiatives as assigned

5.2 Conduct business case assessments, strategic evaluations, and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making

5.3 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that strengthen Retail & Consumer Banking capabilities and strategic competitiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Strategy, or Management Consulting, with proven success in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving organizational transformation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive leadership teams.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, capable of articulating strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Strong business acumen, commercial mindset, and ability to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
