Job Description:

  • Perform payroll process to ensure the data accuracy for payment calculation, such as allowance, OT, Provident Fund, SSC, and loans program.
  • Perform recruiting and selection process, handle-improve job description, offering and on-boarding per guideline including relations activities for campus with the institutes and promote company's good image, also maintain manpower and organization.
  • Perform and analyze the compensation & benefits survey to determine market competitiveness level as well as support team on the data requirements including rectification of compensation & benefits.
  • Provide, support and perform C&B administration and services for employees to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction e.g., the certified letter, loan, the employee data report/required, group health insurance, provident fund, etc.
  • Perform annual/periodical Performance Evaluations and support information (such as salary adjustment, promotion, transformation, etc.).
  • Perform annual budget and support HR system.
  • Perform the staff and/or expat management for overseas assignments in all areas of human resources such as coordinating and arranging for VISA and work permits, setting up, or revisiting compensation and benefits, performance appraisal and career management, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or Social Science.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, Social Science, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources management or human resources development with experiences in human resources management, recruitment, or compensation & benefits.
  • Understanding of basic labor laws, and foreign laws/regulations.
  • Experience in sending and managing staff under a secondment agreement to work overseas.
  • Good communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent practice in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficient in English / TOEIC score over 600.
