ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Continuous Improvement Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement continuous improvement methodology e.g. KAIZEN and other process optimization methodologies within organizations
  • Drive continuous improvement projects across supply chain organization.
• Data Analytics
  • Analyze supply chain performance using data from ERP, TMS, and other sources to gain insight information for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk mitigation.
• ESG Compliance Implementation
  • Engage with external stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop and track sustainability performance, such as carbon footprint, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with ESG regulations, sustainability policies, and industry standards.
• And any other duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Experience with Sustainable Development (SD) or ESG frameworks and sustainable supply chain practices.
