What you will do:

• Be a contact point of the business team to translate the requirement/ business and operation pain to the great solution and offer the better experience to the business or any related client
• Create a vision and turn those vision into a great execution of the next generation of capabilities
• Analyze entire business/ user journey quality of experience and shape a new experience path to help the business/ user, deliver new product/ solution and key processes and features that will increase growth as well as shaping the right product driven culture for Mitr Phol group companies
• Oversee all the product development progress and able to clear all the roadblock of the development
• Manage roadmap and set timeline and lead a cross functional team with “Make it happens” mindset, and able to determine the product phase for the future product enhancement
• Effectively providing product development status to the management and stake holder

What you need to have:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Engineer, or related fields
• Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in IT product development or related fields (business analyst, system analyst)
• Experience with working in a medium to large-scaled customer environment (factory, operation, product, technology, e.g.)
• Experience in digital (performance) marketing or customer management, management consulting
• Great agility with the creative and technical tools of design and agile product development
• Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor
• Organized, can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
• Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills
• Background of Agile principles and process
• Creative and innovative thinker
