- วางแผนการพัฒนาและออกผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ รวมถึงดีไซน์ใหม่ๆ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาด
- พัฒนารูปแบบและสีใหม่ ร่วมกับลูกค้าทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- บริหารและจัดการสินค้าคงคลังของกระดาษไม่ให้เกินงบประมาณที่วางไว้
- กำหนดนโยบายราคาสินค้า (Pricing Policy)
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายและผลกำไรของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- ดำเนินการสำรวจตลาดหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้า เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาและปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขาย เพื่อวางแผนกลยุทธ์ในเรื่องการนำเข้าสินค้า เช่น กระดาษ ผิวปิดหน้าไม้ เป็นต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในด้านการตลาด หรือพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดีมาก (TOEIC score is required)
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรอง
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและรักงานบริการ
