atMitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd.- วางแผนการขายและการตลาดของฝ่าย รวมทั้งจัดทำแผนรายปี และแผนรายเดือน ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและงบประมาณของด้าน โดยหารือร่วมกับโลจิสติกส์และโรงงาน พร้อมทั้งทั้งสื่อสารให้ทีมได้รับทราบและเข้าใจ
- ดำเนินการขายน้ำตาลให้ได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้ และอยู่ภายใต้ราคาที่คณะกรมมบริษัทกำหนด
- ดำเนินการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีต่อลูกค้าในระยะยาว
- ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินของลูกค้าให้อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
- ติดตามแผนการรับมอบให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการขาย รวมทั้งช่วยสนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาให้กับทีมงาน
- พัฒนาระบบการทำงานที่มีอยู่ให้ดีขึ้น และนำเสนอวิธีการใหม่ในการจัดการขายและส่งมอบ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาดธุรกิจต่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดธุรกิจต่างประเทศ 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน
- มีทักษะในด้านการมองภาพรวม
- มีทักษะในการบริหารบุคคล
- สามารถสื่อสารภาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
