We're currently looking for candidate who can manage and coach our SEM/Online marketing team to contribute and drive our travel business to grow up in high competitive market. As the leader of the marketing team, you will work with many online specialists to find the solution on how to drive better performance (app download, customer retention…). And, you may collaborate with cross-functional team of Marketing and Website/ App developer on solving specific issues or problem.

As leader of the team, you have to monitor the performance of the campaigns, coach and being initiative for your team to achieve assigned KPIs.

• Performance Monitoring
• Ensure that marketing initiatives have clear and defined KPI's that can help achieve business goals.
• Assess efficiency of marketing spend and scale of marketing execution comparing to defined KPI's.
• Define relevant project milestones and an effective performance tracking and monitoring for all marketing initiatives.
• Planning and Executing all campaigns that we have for both of branding, special campaigns, special package and others.
• Ensure timely reporting of marketing results to management team
• Manage and coach the team
• Be the representative of digital Marketing with the Business Leaders (gather business requirements and objective, brief digital team and execute Digital campaigns)
• Analyze results and help the team refine and calibrate campaign strategies and execution of activities
• Strong understand of bidding techniques
• Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly
• Ability to multi task and Prioritize projects

• 3 years in SEM and GDN management
• Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Computer Science,Computer Engineering or related field.
• Logical, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
• A "do-er" who gets things done in a timely manner
• Team player and a coach with high affinity to lead and develop teams
• Fast learner who can proactively assess cost-benefit relationships
• Highly committed with strong sense of ownership and responsibility > 4 Year work experience
• Excellent command of English (Write, Speak, Read and Listen)
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Hard working and can work under pleasure
• Positive thinking to drive a team
• Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft word
• Having knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data studio and Super metrics) would be a plus
• Having basic coding on Javascript, PHP, SQL and HTML would be a strong plus
