- ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ให้สามารถกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติ
- รับแจ้งและแก้ไขปัญหาจากผู้ใช้งานให้ได้ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
- เฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบระบบงาน ระบบเครือข่าย ขนาดพื้นที่การใช้งานและพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานไอที นโยบาย และขั้นตอน
- จัดการซอฟแวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์มาตรฐานสอดคล้องกับกับ Life Cycle Management (LCM) และให้แน่ใจว่าทุกปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องและขยายเพิ่มได้รับการแก้ไขภายใน SLA
- จัดการ ตรวจทาน และบริหารกระบวนการของ IT Service Management สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานไอที นโยบาย และขั้นตอน
- สร้าง และบำรุงรักษา User ID และ Password แก่หน่วยงานผู้ใช้ระบบ
- ดูแลและรักษาห้องคอมพิวเตอร์และการสื่อสาร (Data Center) ให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ให้สามารถกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติ
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทภายนอก (Vendor/Supplier/Outsource)
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-5 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีสารสเทศ มีทักษะด้านการเขียนโปรแกรม
