Human Resource Management Officer
atTri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd.Responsibilities
- Manage and control processes / documents concerning organization and management change, HR business plan and HR networking
- Perform the assignment on monitoring, controlling and developing internal control documentation to comply with rules and regulations
- Manage and control the HR database and prepare for further data utilization of the management and other parties concerned.
- Manage performance evaluation and compensation activities/projects as assigned.
- Manage welfare and benefits function and initiate/manage benefit related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 0-2 year experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Have adaptability, creativity and positive attitude
- Have good interpersonal & communication skills (Thai & English) with a good service mind
- Have an eager to learn / Self development
- Have computer literacy in MS Office, Power BI is advantage
