Account Executive (Multimedia Production House)

atThe Eyes Co., Ltd.
  • Keep good relationship with clients for the purpose of service repurchase and maintain long-term revenue
  • Cooperate and working with all parties in the project to manage and ensure the project to meet all parties satisfaction
  • ดำเนินการประสานงาน จัดทำ Call Report รวมทั้งเอกสารต่างๆ ทั้งด้านการเงินการบัญชีและการผลิตของแต่ละงานตามที่ได้รับงานมาตั้งแต่ต้นกระบวนการ จนกระทั่งส่งมอบงานหรือจัดฉายงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างความพอใจให้ลูกค้าแต่ละรายอย่างเหนือความคาดหมาย
  • จัดทำ Marketing Report ในแต่ละไตรมาส
  • ดูแลขั้นตอนต่างๆ ของงาน และพัฒนาความสามารถ เพื่อให้ทำงานในตำแหน่งได้อย่างครบถ้วนและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • สร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับลูกค้า รวมทั้งคิดและจัดทำเครื่องมือหรือสื่อต่างๆ ประชาสัมพันธ์องค์กร เพื่อให้เป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้าง
  • มุ่งมั่นรักษาและดูแลทั้งลูกค้าเก่าและใหม่เพื่อสร้างยอดขาย ตามแผนงานประจำปีที่ตั้งไว้
  • รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าสม่ำเสมอ และสร้างความพอใจในทุกขั้นตอนของการทำงาน รวมทั้งคิดค้นหาวิธีการเพื่อการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ยาวนานต่อเนื่องกับลูกค้าทุกราย
  • เช็ค feedback ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานของแต่ละฝ่ายในครั้งต่อไป
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mass Communication or Marketing or related fields

    • 1-3 years up experience in Advertising field, experience in client service dept. is preferable

    • Well-organized, punctual, good service mind and pleasant personality

    • Strong communication and presentation skill

    • Good command in spoken and written English

    • in MS Computer literacy Office and skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator are advantageous

    • Knowledgeable in up-to-date multimedia, interactive media and motion graphic design is advantageous

    • Good sense of initiative with the ability to manage and effectively prioritize your own workload, especially in the tight timeline
