The Business Development Manager manages business development activities for the company driving sales activities through the launch of new projects.

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Business, Architecture, or Engineering
• • Year experience in real estate field

• Experience in performing feasibility studies
• Experience in land acquisition and requesting for permits
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
• Proven track record of successful project launches
• Skillful in MS Office
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
