• CRM Strategy & Customer Journey.
• Support the development and execution of CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Design and optimize customer journey frameworks to improve customer experience and deliver business results.
• Manage and continuously improve automated CRM triggers and lifecycle communications.
• Customer Analytics & Insights.
• Analyze customer data and behavioral trends to identify growth opportunities and actionable business insights.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop regular CRM performance reports and provide analytical support to brand and management teams.
• CRM Operations & System Excellence.
• Support CRM system monitoring, testing, and enhancement initiatives to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners to ensure efficient CRM processes and campaign execution.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Regional, and Vendor teams to deliver integrated customer engagement initiatives.
• Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Customer Analytics, Loyalty Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, customer databases, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of marketing trends.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and markets.
