Creative Partnerships Lead

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As Creative Partnerships Lead, you will work across agencies to shape how Google transforms the creative process at scale. You will also be responsible for working with online talent agencies and Sales teams to find growth opportunities for both creators and Google. You're comfortable working as an individual contributor, understand the transformation opportunities for the creative industry, and are willing to lead that for Google across Thailand. You will be in a unique and exciting position to not just deliver 1:1 consultation, but inspire and shape how the marketing and creative industry evolves for the digital age, inspiring marketers and creatives at many public forums.

You will work jointly with the Agency and YouTube teams to inspire, consult, mentor and partner closely with our advertisers, creators, and agencies to help them develop digital solutions, in-house capability and creative excellence. Our goal is to shape how technology is used by brands and to accelerate change across the creative ecosystem.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Manage a portfolio of online talent agencies and creative agencies and track and report business impact. Manage C-level creative relationships, ensuring that they are equipped to craft the right approach, and assets (both video and display) using Google platforms.
  • Conduct education sessions for Google's creative possibilities (video, apps, display) for advertisers and agencies, together with Brand Specialists and the Sales team. Reinforce Google as trusted advisor to both our advertisers and agency partners.
  • Develop new creative intelligence by identifying hypotheses, running experiments, and building scalable narratives. Deliver this to the ecosystem to drive thought leadership, platform share and product usage in marketing campaigns. Form a balanced relationship with online talent agencies and YouTube's Content Partnerships team, through training and partnership.
  • Be the liaison between the Sales team and the YouTube Content Partnerships team to identify opportunities for content. Support the Google Sales/Industry teams to translate influencer/creator pitches and campaign briefings into effective video campaigns and collaborations.
  • Lead the selection of content and channels and work closely with Agency teams to increase engagement. Assist the Accounting team in the implementation of non-standard content engagements.
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience within a creative agency working across both traditional and digital campaigns for consumer brands.
  • 5 years of relevant experience with offline creative development with video/static production teams and media planning/measurement.
  • 3 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Established and recognized presence within the Thai creative ecosystem industry. Deep knowledge of the creative ecosystem, its culture, language and challenges.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Ability to lead large client relationships to develop business and cross-agency business/skill transformation projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with planners, media planners and technologists.
  • Familiar with and passionate about the YouTube creator ecosystem, with an understanding of how influencers on the platform successfully and authentically engage with both their audiences and with brands.
  • Comfortable with digital and tech innovations (AR, VR, Machine learning, Programmatic).
  • Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills, with the ability to motivate audiences.
