Building Manager is like a conductor of the "juristic person" band. He/she doesn't have to do all the jobs by themselves but are required to see the big picture and connect the team members to cooperate and generate the ultimate results; safety and well-being of the co-owners inside the building under their care.

• Administration: Documents and reports, Procurement , Personnel
• Accounting: Common fee and other fee collection, Provide information for Financial Statement preparation, Prepare the budget
• Engineering: Follow Preventive Maintenance Plan, Advise the Board of Committee on keeping building facilities in good condition

• Knowledge of Condominium Act
• High level of standard and taste in visualization and soft service
• Knowledge of operating Juristic person entity including juristic laws, company secretary knowledge, financial planning and cash flow management, collection, accounting, general management and administration, building management system, building service support
• Proficiency in English
• Management skill
• Well organized and multi-tasking
• Marketing minded to design service to promote the sensory touch and experience towards our product to its fullest
