Corporate Legal Counselor (Mid Level)
atMaybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) PCL- Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs);
- Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, lodging required forms and annual returns with securities house, SEC , SET, and MOC
- Provide legal advice to the business and support divisions of the Company
- Draft and/or review business contracts and legal documents
- Other related work as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Law, Commercial Law or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Law firms or financial institutions or related field
- Sound knowledge of Securities products and Services in general would be preferable
- Sound knowledge of Corporate/commercial law and SEC / SET regulations for the public listed companies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good team work and co-operation, communication and presentation
- Good Analytical skill and able to work independently
