- Support Thai Sales manager & Japanese boss in any related issue
- Maintain good relationship with existing (& new) customers & suppliers, and also visit them from time to time when required
- Handle both Sales & Sales Coordinating job functions
- Deal with customers, suppliers, logistics company, etc.
- Make Sales report, quotations, PO's, invoices & other related documents
- Manage order processing & order lead time
- Check stock, and control stock balance
- Adjust delivery to meet customer requirement
- Solve any problem for customers & suppliers
- Other duties as assigned by Thai Sales manager & Japanese boss
- Male Age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry or other related fields
- Experience 5 years up in Sales or Sales Coordination in any Japanese companies.
- Knowledgeable with Import-Export
- Good command in English
- Proficiency in MS.Office
