Customer Service Officer (Chinese language skill) – Bangkok/Pattaya

- Responsible for processing the branch daily operational tasks according to the defined procedures
- Deliver an excellent service to customers
- Sell and refer all banking products
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Fluent in Chinese language skill
- Experience in Banking business and knowledge of banking products would be advantage.
- Knowledge of computer literacy
- Have service mind and good attitude
- Be pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic in new knowledge and technology improvement.
