Job Description
- Lead the assigned project development. Work closely with product owners and frontline users to understand details requirements and coordinate with PM & PO of digital team to estimate level of effort in order to meet the target deliverable date
- Play a major role in design features with core commitment to quality and impact to business value/objectives. Manage project issues, escalation of risks & issues and interventions to achieve project milestones and final outcomes
- Constantly monitor and report progress of the projects to all stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risks, Frauds) to know the developing projects/platforms are aligned with regulation and free from business risks
- Collaborate with frontline users to drive the adoption; develop adoption strategy, roadmap and manage to the execution. Work with external stakeholders (SEC, BOT, OIC) on approval of the platforms launched; and, if any, new regulations applied and required to fine-tune platform requirements.
- Research new technologies to enhance and uplift values to the products/platforms. Develop platform handbook for users to drive the adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, MIS, Computer Sciences, and related fields
- Minimum of 2-year direct experiences in in Project Management, Business Consulting, Computer Engineering, or related functions
- Capable of handling, track and troubleshooting of the multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion in investment and insurance product is a plus. Abreast of digital, mobile banking trends. Experience in implementation of native iOS or Android app is a plus
- Fluent command of written and spoken English
