- Review of the overall Wholesale Banking processes with the objective of ensuring the taken place of the proper design of governance & control processes
- Oversee the overall regulatory & legal processes under Wholesale Banking Office with the objective of ensuring compliance with rules & regulations and legal perspectives
- Act as advisory role on business & compliance as well as legal & credit risk perspectives for preparation processes of ISDA/CSA/GMRA/Product Confirmation/Term-sheet, and any other legal agreement documentations
- Ensure the efficiency of business continuity program that will be able to smoothly process and operate under uncertainty circumstances, i.e. COVID 19 pandemic situations
- Oversee the performing of Post Implementation Review of NPP Development Process, Client Suitability and Customer Compliant Processes, Risk Culture and ensure that Wholesale Banking Staffs are aware of Bank Risk Culture's perspective
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Legal, or related fields
- At least 7 years of direct experiences in Governance (preferably in Wholesales Banking Business)
- Solid knowledge of business process, company standard policies and procedures, especially in Finance & Banking environment
- Proficiency command of written and spoken English
