- Assist to originate and build up pipeline of potential deals
- Search, gather and verify relevant information and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis i.e. market & transaction comparable and industry information, related regulations and transaction structure
- Develop financial model and verify the assumptions from various sources and Act as the main contact person for counter parties
- Prepare presentations to internal and external stakeholder, Responsible for the preparation of all necessary important documentations i.e. definitive agreements and regulatory documents
- Work with the management of portfolio company to implement business strategy and keep track on the performance
- Assist in developing business plan and strategy of the department to be updated on timely manner
