Job Description
SCB Equity Investment is a new business unit under Chief Financial Office. Our mandate is to invest and manage equity investment portfolio of the bank. We are now looking for investment professional with experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting.
- Assist to originate and build up pipeline of potential deals
- Search, gather and verify relevant information and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis i.e. market & transaction comparable and industry information, related regulations and transaction structure
- Develop financial model and verify the assumptions from various sources
- Act as the main contact person for counter parties
- Prepare presentations to internal and external stakeholder
- Responsible for the preparation of all necessary important documentations i.e. definitive agreements and regulatory documents
- Work with the management of portfolio company to implement business strategy and keep track on the performance
- Assist in developing business plan and strategy of the department to be updated on timely manner
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- 3-5 years' working experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills
- Result-oriented with positive attitude
