Job Description
- Provide legal advice relating to digital banking products and services, fintech, deposit, business cash management, insurance, power of attorney, procurement, cross border transactions, business cooperation, confidentiality, promotional campaign (one stop service with compliance) and other laws relating to banking business.
- Draft, revise and negotiate all legal documents relation to the scope as mentioned in 1.
- Research, analyze and develop legal studies of all new digital and electronic laws and the change of laws, including prepare legal training course and seminar to Legal Function and all Bank's business units.
- Handle all other tasks as assigned by Manager, Legal Services and Digital Law.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Law
- At least 2-5 years of experience in banking industry is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to catch up key messages during complex communication
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
