IT Support – SCBAM
atSiam Commercial Bank (SCB)- Install and configure computer system i.e. hardware, software, network etc.
- Diagnose and solve system faults
- Plan and undertake schedule maintenance
- Repair equipment and replacing parts
- Maintenance system inventory and licenses
- Maintenance user login and privilege (User Administration)
- Troubleshoot and guidance user for system inquiries
- Log and keep records of user inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in IT Support of Banking or Finance industry or related fields
- Excellent background of application development involving .NET and windows platform
- Experience in developing MS SQL Server
- Good command of English language skill both spoken and written
