Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Profit & Lost (Revenue) of responsible product to achieve business target.
  • Understand market movement and analysis for seeking new business and expand opportunity.
  • Having strong product knowledge including compliance, E2E Process, Legal, System.
  • Review Product program and initiate new program align with volume and market situation.
  • Ensure high compliance levels on regulatory standards, customer and employee satisfaction and fraud. aspect.
  • Initiated new product features to align with bank's direction i.e. digitalize, online/mobile platform.
  • Keep relationship with Developer and sale channel.
  • Take ownership on end-to-end processes, including processes in product design and development.
  • Manage and lead project-based assignment with limited timeline.
  • Co-ordinate with related parties to manage assignment completed within timeline.
  • Lead and guide team to uplift their skill.
