Job Description
- Achieve all P&L metrics across the unsecured portfolios, through strategic development, pricing and complete customer life cycle management
- Deliver campaigns and projects to effectively grow customers base and portfolio balances
- Seek opportunities to reduce costs across all business lines covered
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, product design, service proposition and profitability
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that have potential to expand the business and/or improve business profitability
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (e.g. Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance) for product and process improvement based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer information system, business administration, software engineering, computer science, marketing or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in banking & finance industry, personal loan products
- Data obsessed – use financial data, usage metrics, ROI, etc. to drive decision-making
- Flexible in an agile environment - reviews the business needs, changes priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and pinpoints opportunities and risks
- Fluent in English both written and communication skills
