Job Description
- Develop credit card acquisition strategy which is aligned with the credit card business strategy and lead the credit card acquisition team to create effective credit card acquisition and activation campaigns with the excellent fulfillment process, and deliver marketing budget optimization
- Focus on digital acquisition, but ensure customer satisfaction on the customer onboarding journeys throughout digital channels, face-to-face channels, and ecosystems
- Update market landscape and identify the opportunities to grow, and the targeted customers based on customer value
- Work with Data Science team to develop new models to improve key business drivers as well as coordinate with Retail Risk Management and Risk Operation departments to develop the product programs which support the acquisition strategy & execution
- Create agile way of working and customer first culture, and remove business blockers to support the acquisition team when needed, together with enable data driven environment to the credit card acquisition team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Engineering, Economics, MIS, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Credit Card, Financial Product, Marketing, or related experience is required
- Quick learners and adaptable to working both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and projects
- Ability to think strategically, high attention to detail, highly organized and self-motivated
