Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to understand needs, shape platform vision, and translate the aspiration into executable actions
- Develop and manage roadmap of platform features and services, adapting to changes and re-prioritizing in an agile fashion
- Drive the execution of platform vision by working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, data scientist, marketing, and businesses
- Keep track of key success metrics and financial results, including the implications on roadmap and execution
- Communicate progress and lead discussion with key stakeholders, ranging from working teams to management
- Good balance of pushing and listening to manage stakeholders, being able to manage competing needs
- Able to draw implications from data (e.g., customer behavior, platform usage) and make fact-based decision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer information system, business administration, software engineering, computer science, marketing or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management or similar
- Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
- Passionate about technology and innovation
- Fluent in English both written and communication skills
