Job Description
- Focus on marketing and sales function of Corporate Trust Services in order to solicit new account/business as well as managing existing customers. Responsible for achieving assigned revenue target, maintain and improve profitable long-term relationship with targeted clients
- Develop marketing strategy/account plan and regularly update customer's profile under area of responsibility, regularly review marketing strategy and account plan to keep up with market change
- Proactively introduce and cross-sell new products and new solutions to existing clients and prospects to strengthen relationships, as well as to keep out the competition. Ensure consistency in new business momentum, in terms of building up of the prospects pipeline each month. Visit client regularly to identify, develop needs, value proposition and build relationships to gain account loyalty
- Consistently monitor and report competitive activities and new market developments. Work closely with product team, operations group and/or other departments to achieve solution for clients to which will assist in business expansion and/or business origination
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentation materials for clients, agreements, POA, SLA, call report, deal reports for review, and internal memos relating to special request for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or other related skills
- Minimum 3 years of experiences on corporate trust sales, capital markets, securities services, settlement (flow of funds)
- Good command of written and spoken English
