ลักษณะงาน
- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในองค์กร เช่น นโยบาย คำแนะนำจากผู้บริหาร รูปแบบธุรกิจ ประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่มุ่งเน้น สถิติการอบรม ส่วนข้อมูลภายนอกองค์กร ได้แก่ แบบปฏิบัติที่ดี โดยหมั่นทบทวนให้ข้อมูลเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ เพื่อใช้เป็นแหล่งความรู้เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์สำหรับแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร (Analyze and assess information, data and the external environment context to be the source for learning and development strategy formulation)
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการการพัฒนาผู้เข้าอบรมภายในสายงานและออกแบบหลักสูตรอบรม (Analyze and design Functional Training specifically for BU Training)
- ออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยตระหนักถึงการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับงานของกลุ่มเป้าหมายให้เกิดประสิทธิผล (Design and develop Learning Journey)
- บริหารจัดการและรับผิดชอบในสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรมใหม่ ๆ ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย (Manage all aspects for new curriculum development programs)
- บริหารจัดการโครงการการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Lead and manage learning and development projects as assigned)
- ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของการจัดอบรมในด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น คุณภาพวิทยากร การออกแบบเนื้อหา การนำความรู้ไปใช้ได้จริง ระยะเวลาการจัดอบรม วิธีการจัดอบรม ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ที่ใช่สนับสนุนการจัดอบรม การเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ฝึกปฏิบัติ ได้แสดงความคิดเห็น การติดตามผล วิธีการและการประสานงานจองที่พักและการเดินทาง อาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่ม รวมถึงการสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือหลังจากการอบรม เป็นต้น (Evaluate and ensure learning effectiveness of implementing learning and development projects or programs)
- ค้นคว้าหาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ ที่ทันสมัย เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาบุคลากร (Research the latest learning and new development methods to apply in Development Program)
- พัฒนาระบบการพัฒนาบุคลกร โดยวิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาและอบรมรายบุคคล ใช้เครื่องมือ IDP – Individual Development Plan (แผนพัฒนาศักยภาพรายบุคคล) (Enhance systematic learning needs analysis through individual development planning)
- บริหารจัดการงบประมาณการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (Maximize in Budget Planning and Management)
คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารธุรกิจ การบริหารจัดการทั่วไป รัฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในการทำงานด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ในงานบริหารบุคลากร งานการพัฒนาบุคลากร หรืองานการออกแบบพฤติกรรมองค์กร (At least 3 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or Organization Development)
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ในผู้ใหญ่ การเรียนรู้ในชีวิตประจำวัน และมีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีที่นำมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ (Have knowledgeable and experiences in applying adult learning principle & new trend technology for Development Tools)
- มีประสบการณ์การออกแบบหลักสูตรพัฒนาบุคลากร (Familiar with course design and development including Development Journey)
- มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดเป็นระบบ (Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking)
- มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอ มีจิตบริการ และทักษะการประสานงาน (Good in presentation, Having a service mind and facilitative skills)
- มีความสามารถในระดับดีมาก เรื่องการเขียน การเรียบเรียง เพื่อทำให้การสื่อสารเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้ความกดดันและการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Able to work under pressure & changing environment)
