Job Description:

• Position is opened under Cards & Loans Product team. The candidate will help lead the integration of acquired Citi portfolio projects in all aspects, for example but not limited to :
  • Understand the different between system, products feature, work process of UOB & Acquired Citi portfolio
  • Identify what actions require to close the gap differences
  • Manage the system requirement specification to reflect business’ need
  • Lead in discussion with various stakeholders, including local business, regional & technology team to discuss the best available solution and arriving with conclusion
  • Track progress on each actionable item to ensure delivery is by timeline.
• Attend regular meeting with local and regional level, be responsible, interact with value added and can articulate the concerns which might impact or can improve business process or customer experiences.
• Able to formulate Data requirement and discuss with Data extraction team to get the required output. Possess ability to analyze data output and able to recommend further actions.
• Publish management presentation by capturing key messages communication, able to visualized data in the management view short and crisp.
• Lead in bridging gaps when there is ambiguity between working teams.
• Having a good inter personal and leadership skill. Possess the ability to identify pros & cons for supporting management decision. Candidate should be able to communicate in English (writing, listening, speaking)

Requirement

• Graduated Master’s Degree in business fields such as MBA, Finance, MIS, Economic, Accounting, Management, Marketing
• Having experience in Banking / Finance companies for at least 5 years.
• Initiative thinking and up-to the market trend
• Good in numbers and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good computer and presentation skills
