Jobs Summary : Position has to focus on civil engineering graduate with valuation experience. The potential candidate shall be responsible in verifying the engineering concept of our Banking project-finance collateral, normally high-rise and complex buildings. This position hence needs technical engineering knowledge including construction structure and regulation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check completeness of valuation report
• Approve valuation report
• Lead team and project

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years experiences with financial institutions or valuation companies in area of property valuation or relevant experiences.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Property Valuation/ Real Estate Management/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Law or related areas.
• Possess initiative, managerial skill and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Knowledge on the Bank of Thailand’s regulations and other relevant laws/ regulations in which involved in property valuation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy with analytical and logical thinking
• Presentation skill and English communication preferable
