Job Description

• Generally serve bank customers at the counter, manage and coordinate the branch activities and deliver impressive customer services.
• Provide cash transaction services including personal and business deposit, withdrawal, bill payment, ATM deposit justification and foreign exchanges.
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative.
