Responsibilities

Position : SVP, Sales And Distribution Training Team Head
The role of SnD Training Team Head is crucial to the team success which include leading SnD training team, planning and organizing sale training program, license exam, and sale related events including Citi integration. The important of SnD Training tasks can be group into 2 parts

• Primary training part (Knowledge & Skills)
  • Investment and Insurance License training (in case of new joiner who has no licenses) is the 1st step and important step to prepare our RM/CA as wealth advisor/sale and required by regulator
  • UOB Product knowledge training in order to complete regulatory requirement and up-skill for our RM/CA to recommend UOB products
  • UOB Specific training program > Customer Engagement Journey (CEJ), ESL which prepare our RM/CA to approach customers

* Training team has combined to create a new platform that will enable UOB to attract and recruit new Sale with no experience, but has potential such as new PWA program.

• Secondary task part (Motivation & Wellness & Recruitment)
  • Training team has been working closely with HR on our sale attrition and recruitment such as open house, referral program, exit interview, in order to improve SnD HC status.
  • Training team works with Citi training team to align our culture, value, and work approach in order to successfully merging on OD1 or prior.

Qualification

• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related filed
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in training, learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Well command in English both Thai and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication skill, strategic and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, achievement oriented and decision making
• Project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
